Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using PhotoRestore:

• Unauthorized access to or reverse engineering of our proprietary AI restore technology and algorithms
• Reselling or redistributing our service or restored content in violation of usage rights
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service to restore illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Uploading, processing, or generating NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content of any kind. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or content intended to sexualize individuals. Any such content will be immediately removed and may result in account termination without refund.
• Attempting to bypass any security features, usage limits, or content filters
• Restoring content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Using restored images for deepfakes, face-swaps, face manipulation, or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Using the service to generate, restore, or enhance content depicting violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes hatred or discrimination

User-Generated Content (Story Gallery)

PhotoRestore provides a Gallery feature that allows users to share stories about their photo restoration experiences. By submitting a story, you agree to the following:

Content Ownership and License

• You retain ownership of the text and images you submit.
• By submitting a story, you grant PhotoRestore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your story and associated images on our platform and marketing channels.
• You represent and warrant that you have the right to share all content you submit, including any photos depicting identifiable individuals.

Prohibited Content

You must not submit stories that contain:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties
• False, misleading, or defamatory content
• Spam, advertising, or promotional material unrelated to photo restoration

Content Moderation and Removal

• All submitted stories are subject to automated and manual content review.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or take offline any story at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

User Responsibility and Liability

• You are solely responsible for all content you submit. PhotoRestore is not liable for any content posted by users.
• If your submitted content violates any applicable laws or regulations, you bear full legal responsibility for such violations.
• You agree to indemnify PhotoRestore against any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from content you submit.

Rewards Program

• PhotoRestore may select outstanding stories for monthly rewards (free credits). Selection is at our sole discretion and does not constitute an obligation.
• Reward terms are subject to change without notice.

• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
• Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan

Free Trial and First Restore

• Your first photo restore includes all Pro features for free
• This allows you to experience the full capabilities of our AI restore technology
• After the free trial, you may continue with basic features or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited access

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
